Commodore Perry Estate

Project Details

The Commodore Perry Estate is a destination resort comprised of multiple buildings within the grounds of a secluded historic estate. The resort includes new construction of a 42,000 square foot hotel building, structured with load bearing, stucco-clad CMU walls, with load bearing interior steel studs. The walls in turn support concrete slabs on metal deck. The project includes the restoration and renovation of a 10,800 square foot home, a carriage house, chapel and formal gardens, all of which are listed on the Nation Register of Historic places. The resort maintains the formality of an Italian country villa in the style of the original residence.

This project is currently under construction, with completion slated for 2019.
