- Senior Engineer
“I made my way to structural engineering by way of art and museums. In college, I visited the Rothko Chapel in Houston and it was the first time I recognized a designed space’s ability to affect people the way that art can. From there I pursued engineering as a means to mix the mathematical side of my brain with a need to work on tangible projects. In my time working, I’ve found that it’s interacting with people that is most energizing to me – from internal design chats, to coordination meetings with other designers, to strategizing the construction process with contractors.”
